Now that you clearly see the throughline from 2023 to 2024, are you ready to find the right support team? 

If you haven’t written any 2024 resolutions or intentions, this might be the perfect time to write a few bullet points. Maybe put them somewhere visible for the next couple months.

There are some things you could not have known back in December, but now the work ahead is clear. And you can see both how you got here and where you need to go. 

Some structure(s) in your life will have to be different, and you may or may not have a say in what those are. However, you CAN choose who will be part of your support team on a daily basis.

But it will take some time. So you can take your time.

When building a new team, it’s helpful to assess who has already been with you. From now until Feb 26, it may be a good time to gather your small team from 2023. An open and honest conversation can facilitate a useful retrospective on the work you did together in 2023. 

Once that’s over, consider setting aside time on Feb 27-28 to reflect on your own and speak with your closest confidantes. What skills and attitudes will be required to get to the next level in 2024? It will be hard work, so whose energy will bring out the best in you throughout the year?

You can then talk to potential candidates and begin some trial runs soon after.

Finally, on Feb 22 open your heart to a possible breakthrough. If you’ve been pushing for change, you may experience a capitulation. And if you’ve been resisting change, your eyes may finally be opened to the inevitable.
